Bridgewater, NJ – Today the Somerset Patriots (4-7, 39-42) host the Sugar Land Skeeters (6-4, 35-45) from TD Bank Ballpark in a day-night doubleheader. Game one will be at 11:05 a.m. and will only be seven innings long. Game two will be at 7:05 p.m. and will nine innings long. Last night the Patriots blew a three run lead in the seventh inning to ultimately lose the series opener by a score of 5-4. Jeff Nettles was able to register his 998th career base hit in the first inning. Below is the highlight courtesy of WCTC.
