EASY BEING TEASLEY: LHP Rick Teasley returned from a two-week stretch on the inactive list on May 24th. Since his return, he has allowed just three earned runs over 20.2 IP in four starts, good for a 1.31 ERA and 19 strikeouts.
SASSY MASSEY: IF Craig Massey has reached base in 15 of his last 17 games, having raised his OBP from .286 to .462. He is 22-for-57 (.386) from the plate with five steals, 10 RBI, 15 runs and 13 walks over this stretch. He has reached base in 35 of his last 70 plate appearances (.500 OBP) over his last 17 games.
NUMBAH ONE: Mike Fransoso has reached base in 17 of his last 20 games. He currently leads the league in OBP (.437) and ranks seventh in AVG (.328).
NO-GAN KENSING: RHP Logan Kensing has tossed eight-straight scoreless relief appearances, lowering his ERA from 2.77 to 1.68. He has struck out 10 batters against one walk over the 8.1 IP. K IS FOR KUBIAK: RHP David Kubiak struck out 10 batters over 5.2 IP Thursday. He carries a 1.59 ERA and has allowed just four walks and 14 hits with 28 strikeouts in his first 22.2 innings pitched this year.
