May 12th Game Notes; Patriots @ Revolution

York, PA – Tonight at 6:30 p.m. the Somerset Patriots (9-6) face the two-time reigning Atlantic League Champion York Revolution (4-10) at Sovereign Bank Stadium in middle game of this three game weekend series. The Patriots lost 11-6 last night as the Revolution batted around in the fourth and seventh innings to combine for 10 of their 11 runs.

The Patriots snapped their four game winning streak. The Revolution ended their mini three game losing skid.

Mike MacDonald makes his fourth start of the year tonight

Despite the loss, Jesse Hoorelbeke and Jeff Nettles each hit home runs over the “Arch Nemesis” which is the nickname for the 37 foot high green wall out in left field.
