June 16th Game Notes; Revolution @ Patriots

Bridgewater, NJ – Tonight the Somerset Patriots (22-26) host the York Revolution (24-23) at 7:05 p.m. from TD Bank Ballparkin the third game of this four game weekend series. The Patriots have lost five of their last six home games meanwhile York is above .500 for the first time since the second game of the season.

Roy Merritt toes the rubber for the Patriots tonight. He's making his 10th start of the season.

Pitchers Duels

The Patriots and Revolution have played back to back 1-0 ball games with the Revolution winning each contest. Revolution third baseman Ramon Castro is responsible for the only runs in this series thus far. He had an RBI double Thursday and a solo homer Friday.

Awesome Attendance

Last night the attendance at TD Bank Ballpark was 8,326 which was the second largest crowd in Somerset Patriots history!
