Bridgewater, NJ – Tonight the Somerset Patriots (28-29) face the Long Island Ducks (32-24) at 7:05 p.m. as these two squads square off in the second game of this three game midweek series at TD Bank Ballpark. The Patriots won last night in dramatic fashion as they notched their third walk-off win of the season as Freddie Bynum hit a game winning double in the 13th inning to give the Patriots a 3-2 victory.

Bark In The Park Recap

Last night fans were encouraged to bring their dogs to TD Bank Ballpark. Dogs and their owners were allowed to take a trot around the perimeter of the field during the pregame. Here is exclusive video of the dogs enjoying the “Jewel of the Atlantic League” courtesy of Dave Marek.

Since the calendar turned to June, the Somerset Patriots bullpen has tossed 70.0 innings and allowed just 10 earned runs. Players have found their niche in the ‘pen.
