Camden scored to jump out to an early lead in the top of the first on a two run blast by Delwyn Young (5).
RBI doubles by Yasser Gomez and Chris Walker in the fourth tacked on two more runs for the Riversharks and gave them a 4-0 advantage.
Camden continued to add to their lead in the sixth on an RBI base hit by Walker to make the score 5-0.
The Patriots got on the board in the bottom half on the sixth on an RBI double by Cory Aldridge to cut the lead to 5-1.
The Riversharks brought home two more in the seventh on back-to-back RBI doubles by Young and Dionys Cesar to extend the lead to 7-1.
A two run double by Aharon Eggleston in the seventh brought home two runs for Somerset. Later in the inning, a throwing error by pitcher Andrew Johnston allowed another run to score to cut the lead to 7-4.
Wilson Valdez drove a two run single to right in the ninth for the 9-4 final.
Camden starter Jeff Farnsworth (3-0) got the win after allowing a run on six hits in six innings of work. Patriots starter Graham Taylor (5-3) suffered the loss, surrendering five runs on 10 hits in six innings pitched.
