Bridgewater, NJ – Tonight the Somerset Patriots (34-20) host the Bridgeport Bluefish (19-34) for the first game of a lengthy five game series featuring these Atlantic League flagship franchises. Starting Pitching Matchup

Lefty Matt Zielinski (5-2, 2.96 ERA) toes the rubber for Somerset while righty hurler DJ Mitchell (3-4, 3.53 ERA) takes the hill for the Fish.

Somerset went 6-4 against Long Island in the first half so if these two squads finished tied after 70 games then Somerset would hold the tie breaker because the Patriots one the first half head-to-head series.
