York, PA – Tonight the Somerset Patriots (0-1, 46-24) travel to the Keystone State to battle the York Revolution (1-0, 42-29) in the second game of a three game midweek series featuring two postseason bound squads. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. from Santander Stadium. Download today’s comprehensive game notes. The Revs won the series opener 3-2. York is 5-3 against Somerset in 2014 and York leads the all-time series 73-71.

Starting Pitching Matchup

Lefty Matt Zielinski (7-2, 2.79 ERA) toes the rubber for Somerset while righty hurler Scott Gorgen (3-6, 6.67 ERA) takes the hill for the Revs.

Postseason Bound

The Somerset Patriots are the 2014 1st Half Liberty Division Champions! This is their 13th Half Title in franchise history as the Patriots are going to the playoffs for some serious September baseball! The Patriots have elected to take the back three games of the first round series at home so they will open up the postseason on the road. Tickets go on sale July 9th.


Pitcher Matt Zileinski, catcher Adam Donachie, and third baseman Corey Smith have been named to the 2014 Atlantic League All-Star Game. The contest will be played July 16th at Constellation Field.
