Lancaster, PA – Tonight the Somerset Patriots (14-8, 64-28) are in Pennsylvania to battle the Lancaster Barnstormers (14-7, 42-49) for the second game of a four game wrap around weekend series. First pitch is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at Clipper Magazine Stadium. Download today’s comprehensive game notes. The Barnstormers have won eight in a row while the Patriots are 10-3 in their last 13 games. Somerset is 12-3 against Lancaster in 2015. This is a rematch of last year’s postseason first round series. The Barnstormers are the reigning Atlantic League Champions.

Righty Mickey Storey (5-3, 2.92 ERA) toes the rubber for Somerset while fellow righty hurler Ray Hanson (2-0, 1.80 ERA) will toss for Lancaster

All-Star Aharon Eggleston snapped his 20 game hitting streak on Saturday. That was the longest hitting streak by any Atlantic League player this season. He has reached base in 33 straight games.

The Patriots have established an Atlantic League record for most wins in a single half with 50. The previous high was 48 done once by the 2005 Atlantic City Surf and once by the 2013 Sugar Land Skeeters.

Since July 15th Mat Gamel has raised his batting average from .143 to .186. Over his last 12 games he has 11 RBI and is 15-for-43 which is good for a .349 batting average

Jon Hunton is converted his last 14 save chances successfully.
