Central Islip, NY – Tonight the Somerset Patriots (15-16, 53-48) visit the Long Island Ducks (17-12, 57-42) for the second game of a four game midweek series. The Ducks lead the Bluefish by .5 game and Ducks lead Somerset by 3.0 games in Liberty race. The Revs lead the Skeeters by .5 games in the Freedom race.

Starting Pitching Matchup

Righty Shaun Garceau (3-3, 4.15 ERA) toes the rubber for Somerset while fellow right hander Nick Struck (1-2, 4.44 ERA) will toss for Long Island.

Garceau is 1-0 with a 2.49 ERA in his last three starts. He is pitching on two extra days rest as he was battling an illness that was forced him to be scratched from his scheduled Sunday start.
